DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We take pride in our work and boat knowledge, and always do our best to provide quality workmanship, materials and service at a good price.  For all supplies - services and materials - liability is limited to re-supply or the cost of the original supply, at our discretion.  We expressly disclaim liability for Indirect and Consequential Losses; these include loss of revenue or profit, loss of business, loss of reputation or goodwill, loss of or unauthorised access to or use of data, and (except to the extent of re-supply or the cost of the original supply, at our discretion), damage to any person or property resulting from failure of workmanship or materials supplied by MyBoatCrew.   We are experienced boat-owners, but not qualified shipwrights.  We give no warranty and make no representation that work done or materials provided conform with those that a professional shipwright might provide.   Engaging us for any work, service or supply is your acknowledgement of and agreement to these conditions of supply and limitations of liability.
