Where we sail
Natives of Sydney Harbour and Pittwater, MyBoatCrew's team of boaties have enjoyed and explored our incredible Sydney waterways for over 50 years.
We've also sailed in Greece, Croatia, France, Italy, Tahiti, Freemantle, the Whitsundays, Moreton Bay, the Derwent, Storm Bay and many other wonderful waterways - all amazing places to go boating.
But it's hard to beat a summer north-easter on the Harbour, or a swim and a bucket of prawns at The Basin.
If you're like I was when I was a corporate executive, there was just never enough time for the boat. Jobs needing doing, decks needing cleaning (damn seagullls!), TLC that seemed always to slide in the face of life's demands.
Jobs that a shipwright COULD do, but man - at what cost?

Boats are many things, and different things to each of us.
For some, it's about freedom - a sunset anchorage in a palm-trimmed lagoon. For others, it's exhilaration, competition, the challenge of extremes. And for some of us, it's about status; a tangible expression of success.
Boats are a way for us to embrace the romance of life - if you're a boatie, you're a romantic!
